Shipping

As all of my wee creations are precious to me, I make sure they are carefully custom packaged in bubble wrap, peanuts, foam etc. I want your new addition to arrive to you in the same condition that it was in when it left my studio. I am very attached to each piece and would actually shed a tear should something happen in transit. Should you live within an hour of State College, I will personally hand deliver your new creation to you. If you are leery of shipping and you live close enough to come pick up your purchase, you are more than welcome to do so.

Original pieces and anything in my online store are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. If you have purchased a Commissioned Similar Art Doll, it will take me 2-3 weeks to create it and then ship it to you. If I am backed up with commissioned pieces, I will contact you right away if there may be a delay.

UPS automatically appears within Shopify as the shipping carrier. While they are not my preferred shippers I will ship through them. I try not to use USPS as their rates have all increased drastically within the last six months and with no better service. I prefer to ship by Fedex and always get 100% insurance coverage, which may make your shipping a little bit more expensive, but worth it. Shopify does not work directly with Fedex and therefore I will need to get you a custom quote. Should you wish to use Fedex over UPS, contact me in advance of your purchase.

I can ship internationally. Again, I like to use Fedex or DHL.

If you have any questions about shipping, please feel free to contact me via my contact page and I usually will respond within a few hours.
